Georgian Bluffs has approved a 2025 budget with a municipal tax rate increase of 4.11%. For an average single-family home assessed at $300,000, this translates to an additional $83.78 in municipal taxes. Key budget investments include $1.5 million for road preservation, over $5.5 million for bridges and culverts, and $1.65 million for park improvements. The budget also reflects a reduction in OPP costs and includes a $24,000 payment for upgrades to the administration center. The total tax levy is just over $13.7 million, marking a 6.11% increase from 2024.
